Use factory qualification requirements

First, select the manufacturer qualification requirements:

1. The products provided must be tested and qualified at the National Building Materials Testing Center;

2. When sending the mark, a sample must be sent for each type of pipe and pipe.

Second, performance indicators and quality requirements:

1. It is proposed to tender water supply PPR pipes and fittings; the products must conform to the current product standards, have the product certification, inspection report and product performance specification of the quality inspection department, and should indicate the production, specifications and production date.

2. The appearance inspection of the materials supplied shall meet the following requirements:

A. The inner and outer walls of the pipe and fittings should be smooth and flat, free from air bubbles, cracks, peeling and obvious marks and dents. The color should be basically the same.

B. The end face of the pipe should be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe. Pipe fittings should be complete, without defects, without deformation

C. The physical and mechanical properties of pipe and pipe fittings, pipe size, outer diameter, wall thickness tolerance and pipe tolerance shall comply with the relevant normative standards.
